Language Programs
SCB employees have the opportunity to study English and Chinese outside of work hours. Employees can choose to study at AUA, ECC or at our SCB Learning Center's English Lab. Courses are offered at different levels all year round. 

Computer Courses 
Basic computer skills are considered one of the general skills that all employees should possess. SCB therefore provides a wide range of in-house computer courses, including courses covering Basic and Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. In addition, there are other computer courses to update on new technologies. 

E-Learning
SCB is fully committed to making effective use of learning technologies, adding a creative dimension to learning. The approach is to capture knowledge and content in an on-line format for learning and teaching purposes. Employees can study different topics from their computers anywhere and at anytime. 

Scholarships 
SCB provides education assistance to employees who wish to pursue post-graduate studies outside of work hours. Scholarships are given to employees with good performance and potential, including Master of Business Adminitration (MBA), Finance and Accounting and Economics at leading universities around the country.
