“I would say that CRT is the one of the best trainee programs as it includes systematic classroom training alternating with on-the-job training. The program is different from other programs in that each trainee has a one-on-one coach as their individual consultant to help trainees better understand the credit risk field. The job function itself is challenging, fun, and always involves new things. The working atmosphere here is warm, relaxed, and family-like, and most of the time we are busy helping each other with our work. Team Building activities provide an excellent place to make goods friends and add to my work enjoyment.
