“The working atmosphere here is warm and generous. I like the way the workplace is surrounded by trees and a well-decorated garden. The workplace is organized systematically, especially the newcomer's zone where senior agents walk around to guide and coach newcomers. When agents feel stressed they can rest in the recreation room, which includes karaoke booths, an Internet corner, electric massage seats, and more.

Training courses are available, and new agents are assessed to see what training courses they need in order to sharpen their skills. Agents can also ask for additional training to help improve their job performance. The SCB Easy Call Center makes an effort to arrange various activities aimed at creating a lasting relationship among employees. Activities include birthday parties, Valentine’s Day celebrations, and other events. One important activity is known as "Communication Day", which includes outing activities such as walk rallys, fancy dress shows, stage shows, and dancing.
